Anyone here have a doll that has crooked lips? My signed Lissie does... on the top lip on one side its not painted as far as the other! LOL In my opinion it makes her look even cuter and more valuable because of her flaw... because when you think about it, what really is perfect? Nothing is perfect.... its these little flaws that make things unique...

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I do! It's not an AG, but a My Twinn Friend (the (rewigged) redheaded doll here: http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4286356935 ). I read on this board that the people who hand paint the Friends are often practicing before making custom dolls. Anyway, I think it makes her look more real, since no one is really as symmetrical as a doll. So your Felicity is special!

    Pat, that is too funny!

I'm amazed at how symmetrical dolls are sometimes, since the painting is done by hand.

I think you have a good philosophy about your Felicity! After a while I stopped noticing the crooked lips on my My Twinn, and when I do think about it I just think it's a special little flaw. It's funny now because the Friends on the My Twinn site have a warning that they have imperfections!
